Exchange Traded Concepts and Viking Fund Management Launch DIVH, an Actively Managed ETF Built Around Decades of Dividend Growth
September 02, 2026

OKLAHOMA CITY, September 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ – Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC (“ETC”) today announced, in conjunction with Viking Fund Management, LLC, the launch of the Integrity Dividend Harvest ETF (NYSE Arca: DIVH), an actively managed fund that seeks out companies with a long, proven record of raising their dividends.

DIVH invests in companies with a sustained record of raising their dividends year after year — a pattern long-time income investors have used as one signal of underlying financial discipline. The Fund is anchored in large, established companies but is not restricted to them, with the latitude to invest across market capitalizations and in foreign equities, including depositary receipts. The strategy is built around high current income today, with long-term appreciation as a secondary objective.

“Income investors have too often had to choose between a high current yield and a company's ability to keep growing that dividend over time,” says Garrett Stevens, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of Exchange Traded Concepts. “DIVH is built on the idea that a long track record of dividend increases is itself a signal of financial discipline. We're proud to bring Viking Fund Management's experience in this space to investors through the ETF structure.”

“A company doesn't raise its dividend for ten straight years by accident — it takes a durable business, a strong balance sheet, and a management team that treats shareholders as partners,” says Shannon D. Radke, President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Viking Fund Management.

“DIVH starts with that discipline as a screen, and then layers in dividend growth rate, earnings growth, valuation, credit quality, and balance sheet strength to build a portfolio designed to pursue current income, alongside the potential for long-term appreciation.”

The Fund's process rests on a few consistent pillars: a long-term dividend growth requirement, a multi-factor selection process weighing yield, growth rate, valuation and balance sheet strength, a core orientation toward large, established companies with the flexibility to look further down the market-cap spectrum, and the ability to look abroad for additional diversification.

Shares are bought and sold at market price, not net asset value, and are not individually redeemed from the Fund. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns. Shares may trade at a premium or discount to net asset value.

Diversification does not ensure a profit or guarantee against a loss.

Beta is a measure of an ETF’s volatility or systematic risk of a security or portfolio compared to the market.

NAV. The dollar value of a single share, based on the value of the underlying assets of the fund minus its liabilities, divided by the number of shares outstanding. Calculated at the end of each business day.

Market Price. The current price at which shares are bought and sold. The market price returns are based on the official closing price of an ETF share or, if the official closing price isn’t available, the midpoint between the national best bid and national best offer (“NBBO”) as of the time the ETF calculates current NAV per share, and do not represent the returns you would receive if you traded shares at other times.

Median 30-Day Bid/Ask Spread. The spread is calculated from (I) sampling the ETF’s NBBO as of the end of each 10 second interval during each trading day of the last 30 calendar days; (ii) dividing the difference between each such bid and offer by the midpoint of the NBBO; and (iii) identifying the median of those values.

30-Day SEC Yield. Yield calculation that reflects the dividends and interest earned during the period after the deduction of the fund’s expenses. It is also referred to as the “standardized yield”.

Current Yield. The investment’s annual income divided by its current market price, shown as a percentage.

Market Capitalization (market cap). The total dollar value of a company’s publicly traded shares, calculated by multiplying the current share price by the total number of outstanding shares.
